此生产线是生产配电柜的成型设备。待加工的带卷用行车借助人工放入放料架上，然后矫正、张紧，经动力调平后，进入液压预冲孔并冲缺口，由导向装置送入成形机进行工件的成形，在经成形辊及压力辊的磨擦阻尼作用下，以0-10m的线速度进入折弯部分后，产品按要求折四个边框并切断，再由人工打包运走。
This production line is a special forming equipment for the production of distribution cabinets.
